- downloading and/or printing the 2 course manuals

- Ordering or digitally purchasing the 3 reading list books

- writing your womb story and birth story (instructions on the course) if you are on the certification course

On the certification course we will watch 1 module a week of video material.

I'd like to encourage you to comment on each video you watch on the online platform and I will always respond to these comments.  Even a small comment is great!

This is much more effective than writing emails or Whatsapp to me about specifics of the course and helps me manage my time.  It also helps me to track your progress and connect with you about the course.
