Session 1: Our Sexual Life Cycle

How we are in our sexuality is often a reflection of how we are in life in general. Women are cyclical beings, and also our sexuality can be depicted as cyclical, with 4 seasons.  We look at what these seasons are & where we often block ourselves from experiencing the full cycle. A gentle embodied pleasure practice that helps us meet all our experiences with love.

Rahel is a certified Conscious Dating Coach at the Tantric Institute of Integrated Sexuality. She loves to accompany women on their path of self-empowerment, in a trauma-informed & pleasure-based way. On her own healing journey, she realized how her menstrual wellbeing is connected to how she relates to her body, emotions & energy - and in particular to her sexuality. Rahel is looking forward to sharing tools & ideas that have been helping her reconnect to her sense of wholeness & power.

Session 2 : Sacred Womben Initiation 

We will come together as sacred mirrors to heal, honour and celebrate the passage into sacred wombenhood. A magical ritual that is here to restore a deep sense of knowing that we are sacred beings gifted with a precious body temple and the power of our Yoni Shakti.

Sharada is a devoted and committed student and teacher of Vedanta, Sanskrit & the Vedic Tradition, a Priestess of Ceremonies & a Vedic Chanting Mistress as well as the Heart of Be Woman Project & the Visionary of Devi School where Spirituality meets Embodiment. She is also a VITA Sex, Love & Relationship Coach from the Tantric Institute Of Integrated Sexuality as well as a Sacred Sexuality Teacher & Yoni Healing Therapist.

Session 3: Wild Woman

Jo and Nicole will combine their Wild Woman energy for a one hour interactive immersion into your inner Autumn.  Our cyclical life as woman gives us the opportunity to understand the wisdom of the wild woman every month.  'PMT' pathologists the most potentially potent part of our cycle and we invite you to alchemise self sabotage into self expression, the wild way.  This is our training ground for peri-menopause where we rebirth ourselves. We offer a workshop to connect through catharsis, self expression, boundary setting and raising our voices.

Nicole is an initiated Spirit Shaman in the native American Tradition. She studied from various wisdom keepers and is passionate about Holistic Psychology and a forever student.  Bringing Freedom and Liberation through both practical and spiritual tools, where heartfelt support and safety through Embodiment are the foundation of her offerings.  After surviving three near death experiences and understanding about life and what truly matters, she is a cheerleader and loves empowering others in living their best life.  She is a mom of 2, spiritual mentor and loves holding retreats, Workshops and trainings all over the world

Jo is mother of 2, breast cancer survivor/thriver and feminine leadership badass.  After many years practicing, teaching and training Yoga Teachers, Jo developed a passion for supporting and empowering women.  Jo has been training women leaders since 2013 and facilitates both online and in-person courses in Womb Wisdom, Conscious Conception and Empowered Birth and Motherhood including her signature Pregnancy Yoga YTT.  Jo is trained in Tantra through Uma Dinsmore-Tuli.  All her work includes a focus on pleasure and sexuality as essence of the feminine rise including her work as a Doula.  Jo is based in Bali, Indonesia where she lives with her family.

Workshop 4: The triple Goddess and my purpose

Together let’s enter a gateway into sacred space.  Here we shall immerse ourselves in a journey of self discovery through guided play with Tarot imagery.  What is my purpose?  What wants to express through me right now  and through which aspect of the Triple Goddess — Maiden, Mother, or Matriarch?  Relax.  There is no right or wrong.  No knowledge of Tarot is needed.  All will be revealed as we priestess each other in a protected container of love and light.
